Privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation GDPR 2016/679 

Personal data are collected and processed in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation EU 2016/679, in order to ensure that the data processing is carried out in full compliance with the rights, fundamental freedoms and individual dignity of the data subject.  

1) PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE DATA ARE USED 

1. The information you provide identify you (name, surname, email address, town, country, company, job, etc.) in order to proceed with your requests and provide information on the event World Wide Hair Tour 2022 and the services related thereto.  
2. Should the address given be outside Italy, Davines S.p.A. shall share its data with the branch or trading partner in charge of the specific area, who will contact you to follow up your requests.   
3. The email address you provide, with your express consent, may also be used to send you newsletters for marketing purposes, such as commercial offers, promotional material for products and services other than those you have already requested, information about new products and services, and promotions by Davines S.p.A. 

2) DATA PROCESSING METHODS 

The personal data collected shall be processed mainly with electronic means in a lawful and fair manner to guarantee confidentiality and security implementing adequate logical, organizational and physical measures.  

3) NATURE OF DATA PROVISION 

The provision of personal data is necessary for the purposes set forth in point 1a solely in order to enable you to get the information you requested. i. Without your consent, we will not be able to follow up your requests.  

The provision of data is optional for the purposes expressed in point 1b, which are at your discretion, as indicated. 

4) CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF DATA 

The categories of people in charge of processing data for the above purposes are the people in charge of organizing and managing the events, customer service, IT systems, as well as third companies who provide support in some specific cases, such as, by way of example, IT maintenance services, event organization, etc.); data may be communicated to the authorities entitled to receive them. 

5) TRANSFER ABROAD 

The personal data of data subjects residing outside Italy shall be transferred to branches or trading partners of Davines S.p.A. in charge of the specific area. 

6) DISCLOSURE OF DATA AND DATA PROCESSORS 

At present, the above specified data are disclosed to external subjects, as specified in point 5, who will be appointed Data Processors.

7) RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT (GDPR Articles 15-22) 

At any time, you may exercise the right to: 

• obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed. 
• obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, and, where possible, the period of time for which the data will be stored. 
• obtain the rectification or erasure of the data. 
• obtain restriction of processing. 
• obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from one data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit those data to another controller without hindrance. 
• object to the processing at any time, including in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes. 
• object to an automated decision-making process relating to individuals, including profiling. 
• lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Supervisor.

The collected data shall be stored solely for the time necessary to allow us to provide the requested services.
