Learn what to do if you're having trouble with accessing the APP.

How to register for the event?

  • Open the link that was shared to you via email from tradeitalia@comfortzone.it

  • Click on "Register"
  • Enter your personal information, email and mobile number
  • Select the language in which you prefer to read the contents of the APP
  • Accept the terms and conditions
  • Keep the registration confirmation email: you will find the instructions to access the APP!!

How to access the APP?

  • After registering, use the buttons below to download the application from Google Play or the App Store

  • Search for the event by typing "Tribe" and click on the download icon
  • Log in by entering Name, Surname and Email address used to register for the event
  • Enter the 6-digit code that will be sent to you via SMS / email
  • Enjoy the event!
